In AULASA, quality is taken into account and applied to all the productive processes to which the materials are subjected, in accordance with the Quality Assurance Manual, validated by the Certificate of Approval of the Veritas Bureau International Quality Standard UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000, awarded in October 2003.

This manual contains a detailed breakdown of the various procedures and processes employed, taking in inspections, testing, staff skills, ongoing training and the admission of raw materials.

AULASA has the necessary experience and technical means to design and manufacture any kind of profile. Its technical office is staffed by qualified personnel and has the equipment and CAD programmes required for this purpose.

Apart from the common steels used in the manufacture of normal profiles, AULASA also uses a wide range of medium and high resistance steels (up to 900 N/mm2), while also having extensive experience in the use of steels with low electrical resistance for manufacturing contact rails.
